We are now looking for a Technical Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join the Moxymind Team on a long-term project for one of our clients operating in the heavy-machinery industry.
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into clear, actionable specifications and user stories. The role focuses on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, AgentForce, and OmniStudio/OmniScript solutions delivered in an Agile Scrum environment.
As a Technical Business Analyst with us you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in cooperation with stakeholders.
- Perform impact analysis and support prioritization of requirements.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support testing activities, including requirement clarification and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- English communication skills on C1
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Salesforce certification (nice to have).
