We are now looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Moxymind team on a long-term project for one of our clients operating in the heavy-machinery industry.
The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and collaboration across international teams. You will work closely with engineering leaders and stakeholders in both Europe and the US, contributing to large-scale Salesforce initiatives in an agile environment.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer with us you will:
- Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Agentforce.
- Build scalable and maintainable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio and Flows.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Ensure code quality, security, and deployment readiness of delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile Scrum environment.
- Perform code reviews, support best practices and mentor other developers.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support secure development practices and compliance with enterprise security standards.
What we expect from you:
- Strong experience with Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agentforce, REST APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD practices, and secure coding principles.
- Familiarity with security tools such as AppOmni, Checkmarx, or SonarQ.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) are considered a strong advantage.
