We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on mobile test automation to join the Moxymind team on a long-term international project for one of our clients operating in the heavy-machinery industry. The role requires deep expertise in mobile testing and a proactive mindset in driving quality across the team.
You will work closely with other QA engineers and developers, taking ownership of mobile test automation and actively sharing your knowledge within the QA team.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer with us you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for mobile applications.
- Lead mobile automation efforts using Appium.
- Work with Python-based automation frameworks.
- Define and improve mobile testing strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers and QA team members.
- Mentor and support other QA engineers in mobile automation topics.
- Ensure high quality and reliability of mobile solutions across different devices and platforms.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement within the QA team.tand-ups with international teams.
You should have:
- Senior-level experience in mobile testing and test automation.
- Expert-level knowledge of Appium.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python in test automation.
- Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their specifics.
- Experience designing automation frameworks or improving existing ones.
- Ability to take ownership and act as a technical leader within QA (no formal management required).
- Proactive mindset and willingness to share knowledge with the team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
