We are now looking for a Senior QA professional with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join the Moxymind team on an innovative project for one of our clients operating in the telecommunications industry. This role goes beyond traditional testing and focuses on shaping the future of AI-driven quality assurance.
You will act as a trusted advisor and technical sparring partner, helping teams validate ideas, design AI-powered QA solutions, and drive their adoption across the organization. The project is focused on transforming traditional software development and testing practices into an AI-assisted development lifecycle while leveraging open-source technologies and avoiding vendor lock-in.
As a AI QA Engineer with us you will:
- Evaluate and challenge AI and QA-related ideas from both technical and process perspectives.
- Design, prototype, and validate AI-driven testing solutions and quality assurance practices.
- Contribute to the transition from traditional SDLC to AI-assisted software development and testing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, consultations, and discussions around AI-driven quality engineering.
- Support teams in adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Define best practices and guidelines for integrating AI into software testing activities.
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions from proof of concept to production use.
- Promote architecture and technology decisions that ensure flexibility and minimize vendor lock-in.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation practices, and software development lifecycles.
- Good overview of AI/ML technologies, open-source models, prompt engineering, and current trends in the AI landscape.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, or processes within engineering teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience driving change and supporting the adoption of new practices across teams.
- Architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable and technology-agnostic solutions.
- English level B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience using AI tools directly within software testing processes (e.g., AI-generated test cases, test automation acceleration, defect prediction).
- Experience with deployment or operation of LLMs in on-premise or self-hosted environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development practices or AI-SDLC transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and environments used for running open-source AI models.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
